Yvonne Lewis Holley is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 38. Holley is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Holley earned an undergraduate degree from Howard University. She was a state procurement and contract specialist before retirement.
