William G. Hartman (b. April 4, 1948) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 43. Hartman is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.
Hartman earned his B.A. from West Virginia University. Hartman has served in the West Virginia Army National Guard. He has also worked as an independent insurance agent.
