Vivian Flowers is a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 17. She was first elected to the chamber in 2014.
Flowers earned her B.S. in political science and Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her M.P.S. from the Clinton School of Public Service. Her professional experience includes working as Committee Staff for the Bureau of Legislative Research, Executive Director for the Arkansas Legislative Black Caucus and Director Of Recruitment For Diversity at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
