Valencia Seay (b. July 6, 1953) is a Democratic member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 34. She was first elected to the chamber in 2002.
Seay served as a member/Vice-President of the Clayton County Board of Education from 1993 to 2000 and in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2001 to 2002.
