Requiring them to return to Wyoming to practice or repay all loans, once they have completed medical school. This should help with the recruitment and retention of doctors in Wyoming. The state of Wyoming has been spending large amounts of money on school capital constuction and now is the time for the state to be certain that there are some postive results in terms of student sucess.
