Timothy "Tim" F. Hennessey (b. November 4, 1947) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 26. He was first elected to the chamber in 1992.
Hennessey earned his B.S. from Saint Joseph's University in 1969 and his J.D. from Villanova University in 1972. His professional experience includes working as a public defender for the Public Defenders Office from 1973 to 1992, as a Municipal Solicitor from 1978 to 2003 and as an attorney for Hennessey and Hennessey since 1976.
