At least three people were killed and four wounded in a mass shooting in Cleveland, multiple outlets reported.
Cleveland Police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said that officers responded to a call early Saturday morning and discovered two men wounded near a gas station and another man wounded on the sidewalk.
Ciaccia said the two men found at the gas station died at the scene. The other man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to a Cleveland.com report.
Police also found three women and a man ranging in age from 30 to 43 suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg, head and ankle. Those victims were taken to nearby hospitals as well.
All together five people were killed in multiple shootings in the city over the weekend, with two other men succumbing to their injuries in separate incidents, ABC-affiliate WEWS reported on Saturday.
There was also a mass shooting in Austin, Texas, on Saturday that left 14 people injured. Austin police said they had arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting.
