Steve Henson (b. March 30, 1959) is a Democratic member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 41. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002. Henson currently serves as state Senate minority leader.
Henson served in the Georgia State Senate, representing District 41 from 1990 to 1998 and serving as Assistant Floor Leader for Governor Zell Miller.
Henson earned his B.S. in economics from the University of Georgia. His professional experience includes working as a teacher and vocational administrator at the Henson Training Institute and in human resource development.
