Priority Issues:

Representative Jesiel believes that the only way to end Illinois' fiscal crisis is by bringing in jobs that the hard working people of our state desperately need. Sheri has stated that her top priorities in Springfield are jobs, education, and reducing the size of Illinois government.

Reason for Seeking Public Office:

There are many challenges facing the state of Illinois - high taxes and unemployment, businesses and families leaving for nearby states, a huge backlog of unpaid bills and failed leadership that is unwilling to tackle the problems now, preferring to push them off to our children and grandchildren. I'm running to meet these challenges head-on, using my business and finance experience to apply sensible solutions to begin to fix these problems and make our state a better place to live, work and play. Our children and grandchildren deserve no less.
