Sandra O'Brien (Republican) was a candidate for Ohio Treasurer. O'Brien lost the primary on May 8, 2018.
O'Brien is the former treasurer for Ashtabula County. On June 11, 2009, she announced her candidacy for the office of secretary of state, the seat vacated by Democrat Jennifer Brunner, who ran for the United States Senate. She lost the Republican nomination to State Senator Jon Husted on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
