- My faith calls on me to believe there is nothing more precious than the sanctity of life and I believe life should be protected. This protection of life must also include the life and safety of the mother. The consideration of abortion must be taken as seriously as Life and Death itself... and it should NOT simply be used as a method of birth control. Abortion is the toughest life choice any woman will ever have to face and the decision must be her own. However, we must place an emphasis on educating young women of their many choices.
