- Minnesota' economic future is directly impacted by tax policy and regulations at the state and local level. Taxes and regulations have driven businesses away from Minnesota. I support policies that encourage business to create jobs and increase revenues to the state through lower tax rates. Education funding and policy reform are needed to give our children a 21st century education. Energy policy needs to include all possible domestic sources including nuclear power plants. Freedom and liberty are our most precious assets. We must preserve them at any cost.
