Reason for Seeking Public Office:

'We the People' perhaps one of the most recognized phrases in America. Yet today we find that "The People" are as politically divided as ever. Whether discussing issues like abortion, immigration, taxation, the economy, education, etc., the established political and media elite together with a politicized Supreme Court have done one thing very effectively: Divide the American People.

  • Once the people become divided they are easily pitted one group against the other. Then they are continuously misled and used to keep the politicians in power; to "fight" for whichever group they happen to be speaking to that day. We're all familiar with this strategy: 'Divide and Conquer'. Thus, I have a question for anyone willing to listen, whether Democrat, Independent, Republican, or Libertarian: Have you had enough yet? Are you as tired as I am of being divided, used, manipulated all for THEIR political and financial gain, especially now as we witness a potential economic collapse of our Country? What is to become of our children and grandchildren? Shall we just sit back and bicker between ourselves, one group of Americans pitted against another group, while congress continues spending trillions of BORROWED (stolen?) money that our offspring will be forced to pay back?
  • Think about it, 25 years ago the Federal Government paid approximately $214 Billion of OUR hard earned tax dollars on interest payments simply to service the $1 Trillion debt. And they had to spend that each and every year! China, Japan and other foreign nations are reaping the benefit of all of OUR hard work. You and I leave our homes and our families so we can go to work, earn enough money to scrape by, pay our taxes so that we have decent roads, schools, hospitals, police and fire departments, etc. while the Federal Government refuses to limit its annual spending to whatever the projected income is.
  • Think of all of the social good we could accomplish with that wasted money spent on interest payments. Yet today the annual amount spent on servicing the debt is $413 Billion per year, every year, and it's getting worse not better! Just 10 years from now the interest payments to foreign countries on the tax payer's debt is projected to be $1.25 Trillion per year and $3.5 Trillion by 2046!
  • Are we to sit idly by and do nothing while they continue to divide us, manipulate us and lie to us ("if you like your doctor/medical insurance plan you can keep it")? Or are we going to forge a new course for ourselves and our offspring, one that encourages open and honest dialog between each other, and that places the greatest emphasis on creating a sustainable political and economic future for the next generation? Are we going to pass on to our children an economic mess that THEY will be forced to slave over in order to service the interest payments on the debt? Or are we going to try and work together, away from the noise and distraction of the political class and begin coming together for the purpose of SOLVING this problem? Politics aside, for our children's future well being? Is it possible?
  • I believe it is. And that's why I have decided to start a political campaign here in the 1st Congressional District in Washington State. My mission: To create a constructive dialog with you as we hand a pink slip to our current Congresswoman because of her role as part of the rich political elite class in Washington DC that is responsible for all the recent mess we see in our country (like her support of the disastrous ObamaCare).
  • 2014 is shaping up to become another one of those major political election year whereby "We The People" will fire a large majority of these manipulators in the US House of Representatives and the Senate. Then it's on to 2016 and the Presidential elections. It makes my blood boil just thinking about it all but this is the price we must pay in order to maintain our freedoms and to ensure that our generation is not the one that lost it for the next.
  • Are you with me? After all each of us wants the same goodness for our children and we are the only ones who can fix the problems we face as a Nation so as to hand our precious offspring a Country that is in better economic shape than it was when we inherited it. The first step: fire 'the bums' who got us into this mess and who continue dividing us and hire a new Representative for our District, someone who refuses to go along with the tax and spend mentality of the past. Second: come together as mothers, fathers, grandfathers and grandmothers and create SENSIBLE SOLUTIONS that we can all agree on. Solutions that are based on Timeless Principles, not Endless Politics. Agree? Come together, respect one another's views, have an open and honest dialog and then come to a consensus on the best path forward?
  • For details on some of my ideas regarding a potential path forward please click the tab(s) above that are of particular interest to you and your loved ones. Let me know what you think and then let's get together and share ideas that will help us all come together as "We the People" for the purpose of solving the problems we now face. In this way we can HELP OUR CHILDREN as they take possession of a Country that WE will deliver to them upon our eventual retirement from God's beautiful blue Earth, a Country that is better off than the one we inherited.
