Robert Rosenberger served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 1995. Rosenberger earned a B.B.A. in finance and management from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore. His career experience includes co-founding Blackdragon and working as its CEO, a congressional fellow with the U.S. House of Representatives, and a senior executive consultant.
