Rob Nosse is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 42. Nosse was first appointed to the chamber on June 26, 2014, to replace Jules Kopel Bailey, who resigned when he was elected to the Multnomah County Commission. Nosse was sworn in on July 7, 2014. Nosse is running for re-election in the primary on May 15, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Nosse attended Miami University. His professional experience includes working as a labor representative for the Oregon Nurses Association since 2004.
