Rick Rand is a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 47. Rand is running for re-election in the primary on May 22, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002. He served in the Kentucky State Senate from 1991 to 1994.
