Richard Pan

Richard Pan is a Democratic member of the California State Senate, representing District 6. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014. Pan previously served in the California State Assembly, representing District 9 from 2010 to 2014.
Pan earned his B.S. from Johns Hopkins University, his M.A. in public health from Harvard University and his MD from the University of Pittsburgh. His professional experience includes working as a physician for the University of California Davis Children's Hospital and as an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of California Davis.
