ABC News is projecting that Vice President Kamala Harris will win Rhode Island.

The vice president would then take the state’s four electoral votes.

Rhode Island has been solidly Democratic in presidential races for nearly four decades. Biden won the general election in 2020 with 59% of the vote.

Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse is also projected to win reelection for a fourth term. He was running against Republican Rep. Patricia Morgan.
