The Democrats have handed the Trump campaign another gift. Just this morning, Senator Kamala Harris was caught virtue-signaling in an act of pure hypocrisy. The VP Nominee sent out a Tweet this morning of herself giving testimony to an unknown interviewer regarding her career-decisions to become a Prosecution Attorney.

With a slow piano melody in the background, Harris gave what, to the untrained eye, appeared to be an intimate glimpse into her life. She explained how a friend of her's in high-school was a victim of sexual abuse. Harris states,

"As soon as she told me, I said 'well, you have to come stay with us'. A Big part of of the reason I wanted to be a prosecutor was to protect people like her. And in fact, the vast majority of my career as a prosecutor was about protecting women and children including a significant period of time where I specialized in child sexual assault cases."

Unfortunately, and in simple terms, Kamala Harris is flat-out lying.

The first evidence of this blatant lie came back when Harris served as the Attorney General for California. At the time, multiple allegations against members of the Catholic Church surfaced. Those cases were investigated, and here's what happened - From Breitbart News:

At the same time Harris failed to pursue prosecution of cases of priest sexual abuse, her office “would strangely hide vital records on abuses that had occurred,” Schweizer revealed.

The bombshell details show that while Harris’s predecessor, former San Francisco District Attorney Terence Hallinan, had launched an aggressive investigation into priests of the Archdiocese of San Francisco accused of sexual abuse, Harris’s campaign to unseat Hallinan showed an unusual influx of unparalleled donations from high-level officials of the Catholic Church.

In addition to campaign donations from multiple law firms defending San Francisco priests against abuse claims, Schweizer observed that “board members of San Francisco Catholic archdiocese-related organizations and their family members donated another $50,950 to Harris’s campaign.”

As Schweizer noted, Harris’s ties to those working to block exposure of the archdiocese’s secret documents containing information about priests accused of sexual abuse were extensive.

To be perfectly clear, Kamala Harris took sexual assault charges against children and swept them under the rug, refusing to prosecute any suspects. Not only that, but she actively hid evidence that would help the victims' cases.

If that wasn't enough, just recently, in the advent of the Black Lives Matter riots, Kamala Harris was a huge asset to the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) - an organization built to bail-out criminals who were charged with various riot-related crimes.

The Minnesota Freedom Fund helped bail out of jail six men accused of domestic violence between June and August, court documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation show.

Two of the men allegedly strangled women in their own homes, and all but one had been previously convicted of domestic violence, court records show. 

Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris promoted the fund in June. She provided a fundraising link that was accepting donations as of Tuesday.

The DCNF previously revealed that the Minnesota Freedom Fund had bailed out a man accused of sexually penetrating a child.

Here is one of her many promotions for that movement. 

Evidently, it really doesn't matter what crimes you've committed, including the rape of a child, as long as you plan on voting blue.
