Phil Miller is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 82. Miller was elected in a special election on August 8, 2017.
Miller received a degree in veterinary medicine from Iowa State University. His professional experience includes owning and operating a veterinary practice in Fairfield, Iowa. He has served as president of the Fairfield Community School District Board of Directors and as a member of the Jefferson County Board of Health.
