Phillip Diserio (b. May 3, 1946) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 2. Diserio is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018. He was first elected to the chamber in 2016.
Diserio previously served in the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 2 from 2012 to 2014.
Diserio graduated from Steubenville Electrical Joint Apprenticeship in 1978. He has been president of the International Brother of Electrical Workers Local 246 since 2007.
