Legislative Priorities

In a total of seventy-five (75) words or less, please explain what your two main legislative priorities will be if elected. Please explain how you would obtain any additional government funding needed to implement these priorities.
- ++...We will need strong leadership...as the shortfall in the state budget continues to grow...The state rate (15 cents) will be moved out of the $3.64 county cap...Five cents generates 50 million dollars state wide. These major changes that are being proposed WILL have an immediate detrimental effect on ALL of us, especially *rural Nevada.*. ++The State Litigation on Yucca Mountain will also need to be addressed. Although I am not in favor of the Yucca Mountain Repository I feel litigating the N.E.P.A. process and the E.I.S. will only delay the inevitable...The question...is the amount of compensation owed. I doubt Yucca Mountain will ever be completed, but...Nevada needs to be paid. ++*I NEED YOUR SUPPORT ON NOVEMBER 5TH TO REPRESENT YOU ON THESE AND SO MANY OTHER PROPERTY RIGHT ISSUES...*
