Neil C. Parrott (b. July 30, 1970) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 2A. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010. Parrott is running for re-election in the primary on June 26, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Parrott earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and his MBA from Mount St. Mary's University. His professional experience includes working as a traffic engineer for the Maryland State Highway Administration, city engineer for the city of Frederick, Maryland, owner of Traffic Solutions, Inc. in Hagerstown.
