Mike Boudreaux (Republican Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent California's 20th Congressional District. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. He advanced from the primary on March 5, 2024.
Boudreaux also ran in a special election to the U.S. House to represent California's 20th Congressional District. He lost in the special general election on May 21, 2024.
Boudreaux joined the Tulare County Sheriff's Office at the age of 19 and had served for 37 years as of 2024. In 2008, he oversaw Operation LOCCUST, an effort to counter marijuana growing operations in the county that was praised by the U.S. Department of Justice and President George W. Bush (R) as a model for other local law enforcement operations. Boudreaux has an associate degree in the administration of justice, a bachelor's degree in criminology and management, and a master's degree in the administration of justice and organizational development.
