Michele Morrow was born in Nashua, New Hampshire. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993. Her career experience includes working as a nurse, grassroots activist, homeschool educator, and high school biology, chemistry, civics, Spanish, and health teacher. Morrow and her husband were missionaries in Mexico for four years. She has also been the head nurse of a wilderness camp, where she was responsible for training the staff in first aid and CPR.
