Lulite Ejigu (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Texas' 29th Congressional District. She lost in the Republican primary on March 1, 2022.
Lulite Ejigu earned a B.A. in psychology from Texas Tech University in 2008 and an executive M.B.A. from Texas A&M University at Commerce in 2012. Ejigu's career experience includes working with the executive committee of the advisory council of the Ethiopian Diaspora Trust Fund, as the executive director of risk management with J.P. Morgan, and as the senior vice president of the global AML program with Citi.
Incumbent Sylvia Garcia defeated Robert Schafranek in the general election for U.S. House Texas District 29 on November 8, 2022.
