Lisa Heddens (b. June 6, 1964) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 46. She was first elected to the chamber in 2002.
Heddens' professional experience includes working as Interim Co-Director of the Ask Resource Center, Family Support Coordinator in the US Army Reserve and substitute teacher.
