Lea Webb was born in and lives in New York. Webb earned a B.S. in psychology from Binghamton University in 2004. Her career experience includes working as an educator at Binghamton University. She was appointed to serve as a council member for the City of Binghamton, New York. Webb also co-founded the Black Millennial Political Convention and was a founding board member of Local Progress.
