K.T. Manis (Republican Party) (also known as Kerry) is a member of the New Mexico Public Education Commission, representing District 9. He assumed office on January 1, 2021. His current term ends on December 31, 2024.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University in 2013, a master's degree from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 2014, and a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University in 2018. Manis' career experience includes working as an entrepreneur and as an educator. He is a member of the Academy of Marketing Science, the American Marketing Association, and the Society of Marketing Advances.
