- We need to return to constitutional representation by geographical representation- by counties. By its nature redistricting leaves too much room for corruption. The change from geographical representation to voting districts was wrongfully decided by the Supreme Court in Reynolds v Sims. See Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution.
