Kenneth Paul "Ken" Hicks is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 19. Hicks is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014.
Hicks has worked as an attorney in a general law practice for over 25 years. He was the president of Cabell County Bar Association.
