- I believe education is key to a successful future in our state. Good schools lead to a well-educated workforce. Businesses move to areas to tap into a well-educated workforce. This leads to quality jobs, access to employer-based health insurance, and improved quality of life. This also leads to a stronger economy and increased tax revenues that can be invested in infrastructure. Success in our public schools leads to success in our communities.
