John Lively (b. November 30, 1946) is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 12. Lively was first elected to the chamber in 2012. Lively is running for re-election in the primary on May 15, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Lively served as the Mayor of the City of Springfield from 1976 to 1986, and on the Springfield City Council from 1976 to 1986.
Lively earned degree's from Lane Community College and the University of Oregon. Lively served in the United States Army in the Army Security Agency.
