Legislative Priorities

In the following area, on an attached page, or via e-mail, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- I BELIEVE THE BEST SUPPORT THE OREGON LEGISLATURE CAN PROVIDE OREGONIANS IS TO ESTABLISH POLICIES THAT CREATE A CLIMATE FOR A ROBUST ECONOMY AND JOB CREATION. GETTING OREGONIANS WORKING IN FAMILY WAGE JOBS, WITH BENEFITS WILL GO ALONG WAY IN SOLVING MOST OF OREGON'S CHALLENGES. POLICIES WOULD INCLUDE DRAMATIC REDUCTIONS IN STATE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, INTERFERENCE, IN-FLEXIBILITY AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. ALSO, WE MUST ADOPT A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR BALANCED MANAGEMENT OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES. FOCUSSING THE 2013 LEGISLATIVE SESSION ON GETTING STATE GOVERNMENT OUT OF THE WAY WOULD DO A LOT TO RESTORE OREGON'S ECONOMY.
