- Congress is being controlled by Lobbyist and the Executive branch with no respect to current laws and/or ammendments. To deal with this problem is to not allow PAC money to go to campaign funds, or to political parties. Many members of Congress have Stock Portfolio's that can be conflict of interests. I believe that any member of Congress and his or her family should not own public stock in corporations. 2. Be pro-active when dealing with potential disasters.In our district we are facing a potential disaster with the depleting water table. We cannot be like other recent disasters; we need to develop real solutions now.
