Joe Lovvorn is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 79. He was first elected to the chamber in a Republican primary on September 13, 2016. Lovvorn is running for re-election in the primary on June 5, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Lovvorn received his undergraduate degree and his M.B.A. from Auburn University. His professional experience includes serving as a firefighter, working as a realtor, and owning a Two Men and a Truck franchise. He has served on the board of directors for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce.
