- Work with law enforcement and states attorneys to correct issues they have with SB70 & SB73.
Continue efforts to insure free speech by all on college campuses. The Board of Regents is currently revising their policies based on testimony on SB 198 from 2018. If necessary to insure intellectual freedom, I will reintroduce legislation. Continue to support the state veterans cemetery to insure SB 91 which I sponsored in 2018 is implemented as quickly as possible. If needed I will bring legislation to insure compliance with federal requirements.
