Jason Zachary is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 14. He was first elected to the chamber in a special election on August 12, 2015. He was sworn in on August 24, 2015.

Zachary was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Tennessee. Incumbent John J. Duncan, Jr. defeated Zachary in the Republican primary.
