Gregory Moulthrop earned a B.S. degree in economics and public policy from Longwood University in 2004 and an M.S. degree in supply chain management from the University of San Diego in 2011.
Moulthrop's career experience includes working as a federal consultant from 2002 to 2007, lead associate with Booz Allen Hamilton from 2007 to 2014, chairman and CEO of SME Strategy Group from 2011 to 2018, and founder of InfiniTrak from 2014 to 2018. In 2014, he became president and CEO of Moulthrop LLC, and in 2018, he became a vice president with rfXcel. In 2015, Moulthrop joined the American Pharmacy Purchasing Alliance as an advisory board member.
