Geraldine Valentino-Smith is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 23A. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010. Valentino-Smith is running for re-election in the primary on June 26, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Valentino-Smith earned her B.S. in Nursing from Catholic University in 1987 and her J.D. from Columbia School of Law in 1992. Her professional experience includes working as an attorney and a clinical nurse at the National Institutes of Health.
