Frank Ginn is a Republican member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 47. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.
Ginn served as County Manager of Franklin County from 1985 to 2009 and as City Manager for the towns of Sugar Hill and Royston.
Ginn earned his B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia. His professional experience includes working as Director of Member Services for Jackson EMC. He was also Director of Member Services for Jackson EMC.
