Frank Deem (b. March 20, 1928) is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 10. Deem is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014.
Deem is a former Republican member of the West Virginia State Senate, representing District 3 from 1964 to 1978, then from 1994 to 2010.
Deem served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1954 to 1962, then from 1988 to 1990.
Deem attended both West Virginia University and Mountain State Business College and earned his B.S. from Marietta College. His professional experience includes working as an oil and gas producer as well as a businessman. Deem served in the United States Navy.
