- Kentucky must fund Public Pensions as was intended. State Government has reduced services and personnel to the point of austerity. The role of government is to improve the quality of the lives of it's citizens. Kentucky needs Tax Reform by instituting a fairer and more equitible tax structure whereby everyone pays their fair share. Medicaid should be expanded. Healthcare is a right not a privilege.
