Donna Oberlander

Donna Oberlander is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 63. She was first elected to the chamber in 2008. She currently serves as Majority Caucus Secretary.
Oberlander has served as County Commissioner for the Clarion County Board of Commissioners.
Oberlander earned her B.A. in political science from Clarion University. Her professional experience includes working as a government contractor for the United States Navy, as a legislative aide for State Representative Fred McIhattan and as the owner and operator of a small business.
