Deb Soholt is a Republican member of the South Dakota State Senate, representing District 14. She was first elected to the chamber in 2012. Soholt currently serves as majority whip, beginning in 2015.
Soholt has a B.A. from University of North Dakota and an master's from South Dakota State University.
Soholt is a registered nurse with over twenty years of experience in the medical field, and is president of the South Dakota Board of Nursing.
