David Leland is a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 22. Leland was first elected to the chamber in 2014. Leland is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Leland served as Chair of the Ohio Democratic Party from 1995 to 2000.
Leland earned his B.S. from Ohio State University and his J.D. from the Capital University Law School. His professional experience includes being a partner at the Columbus Law firm Carpenter Lipps & Leland.
