Development of State owned natural gas reserves for use to fuel all the county school bus fleets, then expanded to fuel the entire State light vehicle fleet. The savings to the school children transportation costs can be used to better fund public education and the savings to the State fleet on fuel costs can be used to repair and maintain the secondary road system. re implementation of a welfare to work program to give needy families a hand-up and build job skills.
