Charles Vinson Graham is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 47. Graham is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Graham earned a B.S. from Pembroke State University in 1973, his M.Ed. from Appalachian State University and an Ed. from Lehigh University. Graham founded Companion Home Care/UniMed/Stars Youth Academy and serves as the company's president. He is a retired educator who worked as a special education teacher and program director from 1978 to 2006.
