Brandon Ellington is a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 22. He was first elected to the chamber in a special election on November 8, 2011. The special election was called to fill the vacancy created when Rep. Shalonn Curls (D) won election to the Missouri State Senate.
Ellington was elected to serve as the chair of the Legislative Black Caucus for the 2015 session; he previously served as its vice chair.
