Bill Dunn (b. July 3, 1961) is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 16. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994.

Dunn earned his B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee in 1983. He went on to receive his M.S. in Extension Education from the University of Tennessee in 1985. Dunn was a 4-H agent for Agricultural Extension Service from 1985 to 1993. He has worked for Cortese Tree Specialists as general manager since 1993.
